Breakfast – Cinnamon raisin bagel, 2 cups of black coffee.
Lunch – Last of the Sunflower Lentil Pie with the usual stuff in it on 1/3 of a big french baguette with lettuce. Half a medium bag of Kettle Chips. Glass of water.
Dinner – Takeaway Vegetable Bhuna, Pilau Rice, 2 Puppadoms and Garlic Naan.* Can of Diet Coke.
Etc – the last of the cookies, 3 Starburst, 2 cups of herbal tea.
Exercise – walked the dog in the park and played with Little One in the playground.
* I have a curry from the shop around the corner from us about once every 3 months. I enjoy cooking Indian food but it’s not ever the ‘real deal’ and I need a fix now and again. It’s the accompanying stuff that adds the big calories but lord is it yummy!
