Breakfast – Apple and Cinnamon Granola with soya milk, cup of black coffee.
Lunch – Toffuti sliced cheese (2 slices) with lettuce on white bread with margarine and vegan mayonnaise. Small packet of ready salted crisps, large glass of water, lemon and poppy seed muffin.
Dinner – Corn Chowder and biscuits, large glass of water. Chowder recipe is from a bit Rose Elliott cookbook and a favourite here. The biscuits were a new one for me from The Dirty South Cookbook and they were AMAZING, I ate too many of them because they were just wonderful, plus they were very easy to make as well which is a bonus, none of that ‘cutting in’ of margarine etc.
Etc – 2 cups of herbal tea
