Breakfast – Large bowl of Apple and Cinnamon Granola, half a cinnamon raisin bagel, 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch – Bowl of leftover Corn Chowder, leftover Buttermilk Biscuit (which had lasted much better than others I’ve made), large glass of water.
Dinner – Home made ‘chicken’ pie with mushroom, carrot, celery, home grown leek and onion in a soy milk thickened sauce in shop bought puff pastry, Lemon Rosemary Potatoes (Vive Le Vegan), peas and home grown Kale sauteed with garlic (yum!), large glass of water.
Etc – 2 cups of herbal tea. I feel like a snack now although I’m not hungry so I shall try not to.
