Breakfast – Cinnamon and Apple Granola with soya milk, 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch – Trufree Lentil and Rice instant meal thingy, large glass of water, 1 piece of apple.
Dinner – Leftover Chicken pie, large portion of sauteed kale with garlic, handful of chips from the chip shop, large glass of water.
Etc – 1 cup of herbal tea
Exercise – we took Little One swimming and although I didn’t actually swim all that much (it’s a kiddie pool that only comes up just over the waist!) I was active.
