I didn’t find time over the weekend to post my meals but I’m still on the plan and haven’t cheated at all (I don’t think!).
I actually did use oil the other day in some home made flour tortillas I made (I used a chapatti recipe as I couldn’t find a tortilla one that didn’t have loads of fat in it…). I put in 2 tsp to make 8 tortillas so it wasn’t too bag but it felt really odd, even after such a short amount of time, to be getting that bottle out again which is a good thing I guess!
4 more days until I weigh and measure again, once more I don’t feel like I’ve made much progress. It is about being healthy and eating what’s good for me but it’s equally about loosing weight and if I’m not loosing the weight then the plan isn’t working completely for me and I will have to think of something else to do that will get he weight off me.
Anyway, we’ll see how it goes on Wednesday and hopefully things will have changed then!
