I don’t actually like this cookbook very much, almost every single recipe includes fake meat products of some sort and we don’t get the range of them over here like you can get in the States so we can’t use many of the recipes.
However, this one is a standard of ours and we all love it. Basically it’s mock chicken fried with garlic then mixed with peppers, pineapple, onion and some stock and flavourings. We serve it over white rice.
