Soy Protein-Tofu Burgers

These are really simple burgers and are really tasty. The only complaint we had was that they are too soft, they fall apart when you try and bite into the burger in a bun which doesn’t make them very easy to eat.

I think that perhaps if I add more flour to them next time or a little less liquid somewhere along the line that they will be perfect.

The recipe made 6 just like it said it would so there are 3 in the freezer, perhaps they will stiffen up a bit in there as the tofu will change texture when it’s frozen.
