Wolffie’s Chocolatey Moist Brownies

I was in the mood for brownies and actually had silken tofu in the house so I broke out this recipe which I’ve used before. These brownies are really very moist which is lovely and they have just the right amount of chocolate in them.

I think that perhaps the chocolate chips are supposed to melt over the top of the brownies forming a coating of chocolate but for some reason the ones that I buy keep their shape when baked so I didn’t get that effect on mine.
