Banana Wheat Germ Muffins


These muffins were lovely, nice and dense without being heavy and with a lovely banana taste without being too sweet. recipe only has 1/3 of a cup of sugar in it which is good for a muffin recipe, the rest of the sweetness comes from the 2 bananas that also go in. I used vanilla sugar in mine as I finally got around to making some and wanted to try it in something other than hot chocolate! I find that sometimes Wheat Germ can be a bit bitter in things but it wasn’t in these and I’m sure I’ll be making them again in the future for breakfasts and snacks.
